How does billing work?

When you activate your account you will be billed a fee of £47. This is an annual subscription. Your subscription will renew automatically 12 months from your initial activation date. Read our Terms of Service to learn more.

Will I always get the COVID Relief Credit?

Yes, if your company was incorporated during the pandemic through to present we will always honour that credit on your annual subscription. The COVID Relief Credit will rollover and you’ll continue to receive the discounted rate for the duration of your account.

What if I have questions about my account?

Our friendly help desk team is always on hand to help you. You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response due to the volume of requests we receive but rest assured you will receive a response. Contact us by emailing support@company-registry.org

What is your cancellation policy?
